I queued for an hour to dine at the top-ranked tempura rice bowl restaurant in Tokyo! The crispy batter-covered veggies, shrimp, and eel were incredibly delicious. Especially recommended were the eels with specific characters 'Ro' and 'Ha'—their texture was fluffy and truly delightful! It was totally worth the wait!
